Investigating - We are bringing to your attention that some users have reported intermittent logging issues recently. Rest assured, we are actively working on resolving this issue to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
Our Systems Support team is diligently coordinating with our cloud service provider, Astute, our SSO provider, Appsian, and Oracle, to identify the root cause of the problem. Although we have not yet determined the underlying cause, we have developed a temporary workaround solution to minimize any inconvenience caused.

Investigating - Dear Colleagues,
Peoplesoft Production environment is currently down at this moment (The application server is down at this time) . Our Manage Cloud service provider (Astute) is currently investigating this and another update will be send out.
Update - We are still investigating the minor issue encountered with regards to the languages in Peoplesoft Production for OKTA users.
For urgent concerns you may contact sscsuport@care.org if you need to change your language in Peoplesoft Production.

Investigating - Please be informed that PeopleSoft Security Platform maintenance has been completed.
We discovered an minor issue during the validation process. Non-english languages are not working for OKTA users. The system will redirect them to English language for now while we are working with the Security Platform vendor for the solution.

WHAT IS PLANNED: PeopleSoft will be offline from Friday, 28 August 2020 at 6PM EST to Monday, 31 August 2020 at 6PM EST. During that period, you will not be able to access PeopleSoft.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO: ensure your office complete all urgent transactions (e.g. vouchers, journal and time entries, etc.) and extract any financial data needed for donor reporting or management reviews before the system is put down on Friday, 28 August 2020 at 6PM EST.
WHAT WILL CHANGE WHEN PEOPLESOFT IS BACK ONLINE: you will have to use your registered CARE email address to access the system. If you are from CARE USA or its country offices, please use your OKTA password to login. If you are from CI, please use your current PeopleSoft password.
