This reminder is a follow up to the announcement made on 13 August 2020 on PeopleSoft Image Upgrade and Security platform.
WHAT IS PLANNED: PeopleSoft will be offline from Friday, 28 August 2020 at 6PM EST to Monday, 31 August 2020 at 6PM EST. During that period, you will not be able to access PeopleSoft.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO: ensure your office complete all urgent transactions (e.g. vouchers, journal and time entries, etc.) and extract any financial data needed for donor reporting or management reviews before the system is put down on Friday, 28 August 2020 at 6PM EST.
WHAT WILL CHANGE WHEN PEOPLESOFT IS BACK ONLINE: you will have to use your registered CARE email address to access the system.
