We are still coordinating with Lexis Nexis and Oracle Support (3rd party support) and trying all possible solution to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
To avoid further disruption, as a temporary solution, please see below steps for screening new vendors in the system:
1. Load the vendor's name and other relevant data into Bridger's online site and conduct a “Real-Time Search” following the Sanctions Screening Procedure. 2. As described in the Sanctions Screening Procedure: 1. If you confirm the Screened Party is not the same as the Sanctioned Party, assign the Alert Decision “False Match – Clear” and use the appropriate Decision Tags (see Step 9) 2. If you believe the Screened Party is the same as the Sanctioned Party, assign the Alert Decision “True Match – Escalate to Legal” (see Step 8) 3. Click “Print Report” to create the PDF file of the screening results. Select all of the check boxes. 4. Email the System Support team (sscsupport@care.org) and attach the PDF file. 5. System Support will review the PDF file and confirm: 1. Vendor name and other relevant data in the PDF file matches the vendor information in PeopleSoft. 2. “Record History” in the PDF file confirmed that the Screened Party’s status is “False Positive” 6. System Support set the Financial Sanction Status of the vendor to Valid. 7. Vendor Data entry submit the vendor for approval.
If you don’t have a copy of the Sanctions Screening Procedure, please copy the link below to your browser:
Please email SSC Support for any questions/concerns.
