We are bringing to your attention that some users have reported intermittent logging issues recently. Rest assured, we are actively working on resolving this issue to ensure a seamless experience for all users.

Our Systems Support team is diligently coordinating with our cloud service provider, Astute, our SSO provider, Appsian, and Oracle, to identify the root cause of the problem. Although we have not yet determined the underlying cause, we have developed a temporary workaround solution to minimize any inconvenience caused.
